OVERVIEW
Items Lost in Transit
By ordering from us, you agree with our shipping times. Most orders get delivered within the posted time frames; however, external factors such as customs inspections can sometimes cause delays. If your order shipping times exceed our displayed time frame by 10 business days, you can contact us and we will gladly send out a replacement order, or issue a full refund.
Returns
We have a 5-day return policy, which means you must request a return within 5 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note that once the package is opened or the item is tried on, we are no longer able to process a return or refund due to hygiene and safety protocols.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to return your item. Any items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Store Credit Policy
We do not offer refunds, except in cases where the item has not been delivered. Instead, we provide store credit for returned items.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue store credit for the amount of the item(s) returned. The store credit will be applied to your account, and you will receive a notification once it's available for use.
If the item has not been delivered, please contact us for assistance regarding a potential refund.

Shipping costs and custom duties & taxes are non-refundable.
All Returns will incur a $20 USD restocking fee.
This includes; repackaging, organizing, storing & adding any contents that may have not been returned or lost.
If you get our 1x Pants deal for $79.95, this would be a $20 restocking fee.
If you were to get our 3x Pants deal for $104.95 this would be a $40
restocking fee. And so on.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Oakandblaire.com is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Website will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
